How do I make a retail order? 

Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping and payment details. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items or we also offer Afterpay.

How do I make a wholesale order? 

Make sure you are logged into your wholesale account. Click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can be changed. In your cart, choose your address from the drop down menu or edit it if changed. Now click Wholesale Checkout.

How do I pay for my retail order? Is it safe to use my credit card? 

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your details safely. You can pay by credit cards: visa, mastercard or american express. You can also choose to pay by Afterpay, Shop Pay or Union Pay.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Simply Italian accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout: Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

  • Shop Pay, Union Pay & Afterpay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

A product I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

If a product is out of stock, it has likely been reordered and on its way from Italy. It can take 1-3 months until the product will be back in stock. Please email us if you would like an item to be placed on backorder for you. Please contact our support team for more info and to get more specific details.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do - They are great gifts for your friends & family. All gift cards are sold non-refundable, returnable, or redeemable for cash. They cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. All gift cards purchased through the website have a 3 year validity on them from purchase. Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, orders may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Please check our Refund policy for T&Cs.
